Hermanos Nieves N2 - Atacames

The local snow brothers 1 have their reputation in Atacames, in a way they came to delight my palate as they did something different from the typical over-seasoned roasts of the manabas, this was different since it is not necessary to put a lot of condiment to a meat either of chicken, beef or pork to be able to draw its natural flavor from each animal. I go every one I can.

Exquisite food, immediate attention there is everything from seafood to roasted meats the place is wide, clean what I call the attention that the covered in boiling water... No doubt a perfect place to eat in family
