The atmosphere was disappointing, the music was unappealing, and my dish was served in a way that caused all the fillings in my shell to spill out.

They really don’t provide anything if you order delivery. Five times, we received just one single Cinnabon instead of the multiple sides we ordered. I’m not talking about one bag; I mean just one Cinnabon!

I have a bean allergy, so I always make sure to choose the “no beans” option. However, several times when I've ordered here, I've still received beans in my meals. After just two bites of the burrito I ordered tonight, my throat began to close up. When I opened it, I discovered there were beans inside. The staff needs to be more attentive when preparing orders, as not all substitutions are merely preferences—some are due to allergies. It's incredibly frustrating because I paid for something I can’t even eat, all because the employees didn’t take the necessary time to properly read and prepare my order.

Got harassed by a male customer while waiting for my order, and the 5 employees said nothing. After telling the male customer to leave me alone, the Taco Bell employees just stared until I left.

Filling meals have reasonable prices. Always his combo.
