Domino's Pizza - Astoria

I placed a straightforward order, but it arrived incorrectly. I spent over 20 minutes on hold with customer service to resolve the issue. What a frustrating experience! I should have just ordered from a local place instead.

I enjoyed a pizza in the early afternoon, and I must say, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick! The pizza was absolutely delicious. There’s a reason why Domino’s is the top choice! I’ll definitely be returning!

This is the best place ever! They always take great care of my son.

The staff is really nice. Everyone is polite. The pizza is made quickly and handed to me while still hot. Twice we've ordered and paid for extra cheese and it looks like barely the requisite amount. My husband worked at Dominos in college. Extra cheese used to be a layer of cheese, toppings and then a second layer of cheese. I don't think we're supposed to see bread poking through. I guess the cooks just do what they're told so this is a corporate issue. Maybe corporate wants to rethink the presentation of their product? It just doesn't feel like a good value to pay $12.99 for a small with two toppings and have it be skimpy. We can get the same sized wood fired pizza with the toppings we love and extra cheese for about $8 at their competitor. (The advantage to Dominos is that they're open late.
