It's been a long time since I was there, long before the covid, and since we also invited two bully friends, I was afraid things had changed. instead we felt immediately wrapped in a very cozy and noisy environment, on the veranda, that in winter I dare as a greenhouse. the menu offers interesting dishes, both meat and fish, including I found myself with the embarrassment of choice, because many teased me. Good courtesy. In short, I feel like recommending it without problems. good appetite.
A restaurant that serves brilliant Piedmotese food but with subtle twists. The service is impecable and the menu small but really interesting with a lot of thought going to the vegetarian dishes. My daughter was delighted to find different meals from the usual vegetarian fare that most restaurants serve up. The baked ricotta with red pepper sauce was really tasty as was the caneloni stuffed with mushrooms and ricotta. The sauce on the Vitello Tonata was well balanced, not overwhelming. Portions are generous. Great puddings too. A very talented and creative chef. Wish we had discovered Bandini at the start of our holiday not the end.
This was our most memorable meal in 10 days in Piedmont. We'd never have known of it without the recommendation of our hotel clerk. It is unassuming from the outside, with odd decor inside. But the food? Unbelievable. Robiola mousse, green salad topped with a poached egg, baked ricotta dumplings, rabbit with red pepper sauce, gelato with spiced peaches were some of the highlights. Attentive staff, reasonable prices for such a superb meal.
Competence of the room, high level of raw materials. a bit of renewed tradition, a pinch of france that toast here and there in the curious wine paper. correct prices.
