The staff always has a smile and always willing to help out. Price is great. It's cheap, it's excellent and it's absolutely real. Gastronomy one on one. Congratulations.
This has been, for quite a few years, my favorite restaurant at Gerês National Park. The food is delicious, and typical home made. Desserts are also extraordinary. Very friendly and available staff, always with a smile. Considering food quantity and quality, it's indeed a cheap place to have an excellent meal. Veal and codfish are surely my favorites. Also try the local red wine, very fresh! It will be a great experience!
I have to begin by the wine ... the house wine ... be the tinto verde (red green or the branco verde (white green ... yes, it is odd, but how we called the new wine ... it is just superb ... try it and u wont regret it : food, as typically in a good adega the food looks like home made, really 5* ... and the doses very generous : for the above, prices are excellent Perhaps (haven't tried them all the best (most authentic rest in the area
We had lunch here for 30 euros and the food was fabulous. Sardines were cooked to perfection and veal was melt in the mouth. Great service, Good vibe and brilliant value. You won't be disappointed!
My husband and I had dinner with our 2 and 3 yo. We interacted with at least 4 people from the restaurant, and they were all very attentive, and nothing was too much. We had the home style cod (bacalhau da casa) with creamed potatoes, and could not have made a better choice. The food was absolutely amazing. Good portions, quality and flavour. Will certainly return, should we be in the area again.
