Plato's - ASPEN

I am consistently impressed by Chef Rachel's culinary creations.

West End Social is the re-do of Plato's restaurant. It is replete with Herbert Bayer art, and the space itself is completely new and quite transformative. The menu is foreshortened during this shoulder season but the food is excellent and the service is excellent as well. The views from the dining room are extraordinary and for those with hearing issues the sound is nicely muted.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with attentive servers. A special shout out to Tobias! The new menu offers a variety of choices to satisfy every palate. The new space is inviting and I'm excited to dine on the terrace in the summertime.

We had the perfect dinner during our stay in Aspen. The food was amazing and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely return when we come back to Aspen.
