The Hartshead - Ashton-under-Lyne

Had the weekday lunchtime meal 3 curs for £15. excellent eating, very courteous staff, it was very quiet due to the time we went but still a good amount of staff before place to take care of the customers. beautiful outside surface and beautiful and airy feeling inside. we visited this pub years ago when the children were young and now they are all too cool to eat with mum and dad, we think this will be our new place to go for a teenager free afternoon

One of my favourite places for a warm welcome and an attractive setting with good quality home styled food. A great outdoor place in the summer and a nice relaxing restaurant to hang out with good friends the rest of the year!

We started coming here after lockdown and have been back many times now! The service is great the staff have come to know us, and are very friendly. Excellent food too the duo of lamb is great, as are the burgers! Highly recommended if not just for the walk up and the scenery!

The service is always really good here and they are so welcoming especially to our little furbaby. They always have a fresh bowl of water for him! Good food, organised table service, clean and good value. We look forward to returning hopefully in December! B, L and C xx

Gorgeous food, the waitress had the patience of a Saint with my three children being a bit irritable and not wanting to sit still. Lovely restaurant with lovely atmosphere definately visiting again
