Kfc - Ashtabula

The service at this restaurant was good, with friendly counter staff. However, I had an issue when I pointed out a large water puddle on the floor between the ordering area and the pickup area. I informed the staff member that it was a slip hazard, but she just pointed out that they had placed a Wet Floor sign four feet away, out of sight from the counter. The chicken was overly oily and made me ill, resulting in multiple trips to the bathroom at home to vomit. The sickness persisted for half of the day.

I ordered online for a quick pick-up twice, but still had to wait for food that was supposed to be ready. The service was terrible with rude attitudes.

If you choose to order your food online, be aware that it may not be ready for pick-up at the specified time. The restaurant waits until you arrive to prepare your order because they have had to discard food in the past. This system is not necessarily faster than using the drive-thru.

Very slow service. They ran out of crispy chicken twice while we were waiting for our food. They were not serving customers in order. Did give us extra chicken and cookies for having to wait so long.

I ordered two bucket meals the girl MacKenzie had a major attitude and was throwing my food around . I asked her to stop and she glared at me and then proceeded to touch my food like it had a disease. Then I get home a d have to return immediately because Ididn't have my full order!! They have NEVER gotten my order right! Always out of chicken and the wait is long because you haveto wait for more chicken !! The service is horrible and the attitudes are not necessary someobeshould teach them customerservice if they are going to work in food service if they don't like the job go Elsewhere!!!!
