Excellent location for coffee and a breakfast croissant, before a stroll on Ashland Creek. Great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Patio is perfect if it’s not busy. Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a kiosk vibe. Easy roll.
