Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our recent visit. The girl making our food was very nice but the bread for the sandwiches was not fresh and they were loosely wrapped without a liner and not marked. My wrap had less than a 6” worth of meat and one piece of cheese broke in half put on it. For the cost and being advertised as a footlong worth of meat, I was pretty upset.
Very disappointed in this location . Ordered online because I was in a hurry arrived 10 minutes after it said it would be ready they didn't even start making it tell I walked in the door . Waited another 10 minutes inside for my order (only two subs) ? very very annoyed pointless to order online. Then the guy working kept asking me a bunch of questions that were clearly on my order ticket . This location ALWAYS take a while ordering even in person. Employees are nice but there shouldn't be a 20 minute wait at sub way when their not busy .
Sandwich was good and so was the service. I would eat the wrap again.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches on doordash and only checked one. I also have a notiz that says sorry, here's a free cookie? a cookie instead of two foortlong sandwiches? I called the load and was told that the foundation was that she ran out of thunfisch. If this happens, they must contact the customer and contact them for exchange. giving a free cookie instead of two missing sandwiches is pitiful. the situation was badly handled by the employees, and when I called for the assessment of the situation, I was treated laughing and disrespectful. my two children love subway, but I will not order again.
