Monique's Crêpes - Ashland

The service was excellent, but I found the crepes to be a bit too thick and cake-like for my taste. The combination of aromas is lovely, but I don't feel like you get enough value for the price.

The crepes from this food truck are outstanding, with an impressive variety of options available. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well.

Recently, on January 8th, I booked them for a brunch service on February 28th— a date we both agreed upon. I sent an email today to confirm all the details (requesting an updated menu, confirming the time, providing my contact information, and asking for the online link). However, I received a brief phone call informing me that they had double-booked and could not fulfill our planned service. This was very disappointing for my neighbors, who were looking forward to the event, and for me as I volunteer my time to coordinate these trucks alongside my full-time career for our community. Overall, I found their approach to be unprofessional, disorganized, and disappointing.

Terribly slow. Food should be ready at 10:10. There were pickups at 10:20 and it was said it was 30 minutes. at 10:50 to see if our order was ready and was said it would be at least 30 minutes. Order cancelled! Sorry, we ordered breakfast, not lunch.

Have had their Crepes multiple times and always delicious. They also use environmentally friendly packaging and utensils. Other food trucks should take note!
