Burger And Pie - Ashland

The first night we stayed at the resort they work with , we ordered room service because it was a night the restaurant wasn’t open. I’m pretty sure Cocorico makes the room service food, but I could be wrong. The lasagna we ate was probably the best lasagna I’ve ever had. The 2nd night we were actually able to dine at the restaurant. They have a small menu, but it covers a lot of bases. The carbonara was seriously delicious , and I know my fiancée loved her steak and potatoes. They also have a full bar. Everything we ate was really good, and the staff we were so friendly! We will definitely be eating here again!

Cocorico was such a wonderful surprise. Don't let the fact that it's out of the way of Ashland keep you from visiting; the food is just as good (better, really) than anything in Ashland (or the valley, for that matter). We visited while staying at Green Springs, and came back for two more meals even though we'd brought food. It's just that good. The staff were funny, inviting, and very easy going, and had great recommendations. My wife is dairy free and they were able to make an off-menu meal for her on the spot, which ended up being every bit as delicious as mine. We'll be back!

Cocorico is one of our favorite places in the whole Valley. We’ve been up for brunch multiple times. We finally decided we needed to try dinner too. Not wanting to drive down after cocktails, we booked a cabin. Amazing! Grace and Nat are so good at what they do, and it’s in a pristine location. Do not miss the chance to eat here!

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE COCO RICO!! Seriously, it instantly became one of my top three favorite resties in the Rogue Valley. Everything was obviously made from scratch with great ingredients and from the heart. I'll be going back as often as I can get up the mountain!!! Gives me a 1,778,999th reason to go fill my water jugs at Tub Springs.. LOL!

One of my favorite restaurants. Every dish is delicious and I have tried almost everything on the menu! Cocktails are also phenomenal. And the friendliest staff/owners. Can't say anything bad about this place.
