Wendy's - Asheville

Food was good. Service fairly quick for lunch rush.

Servers were polite, as usual, food was mostly great...my only complaint was the spice level of the spicy chicken filets...I used to believe that Wendy's had the spiciest chicken sandwich around, but this latest batch...well, HOPEFULLY just a fluke! ?

Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. Their fries were hot and fresh and the hamburgers were juicy and delicious. The service was quick, our server was polite and friendly in spite of being in a rush.

First of all, the employees are not friendly at all... Which honestly wouldn?t even matter to me if they would have not served me a Frosty that was the same consistency as a glass of milk. How hard could it possibly be to not serve someone a melted Frosty? I literally heard the employee ask a coworker, before she handed me my Frosty, if the cup was empty (obviously it felt light because it was no longer frozen/solidified) so not knowing is no excuse. I didn?t want to ask for it to be remade because they seem like the type of crew to spit in your drink or something. Secondly, I was waved by an employee to stop before I could reach the window so that he could blatantly cheat the drive thru timer with a large metal pan. I also never received a receipt? I suspect because the employees think they are slick, knew how incredibly insufficient their service was, and don?t want anyone getting the store number. I was easily able to look up the number online to complete a Wendy?s corporate ?survey? so I guess they aren?t as slick as they think. This store needs a serious staff overhaul. This is the most ludicrous behavior I?ve ever seen. They also refused to answer the phone when I tried calling several times tonight.

Very good Wendy's. Clean lobby and restrooms. Social distancing and thorough sanitation being practiced. Friendly crew members. Fresh fries, hot food and expedient order delivery.
