Wedge Brewing Company - Asheville

I would definitely return to this place. Most of the beers were quite good, and I especially enjoyed the Belgian variety. The bartender was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. While they don’t offer flight samples, they do have half-pours available. The seating could use some repairs, but the atmosphere was charming and artsy, fitting for the area. It was a bit bothersome when the train passed by, but it didn’t ruin our evening. There was also a great food truck on-site that night, but unfortunately, we were too full to sample any of the food.

There are no flight options available, only full pours. Unfortunately, many of the beers we wanted to try were unavailable, or the keg had run dry when we ordered. The staff was accommodating, but overall, it was a disappointing visit.

This is a fantastic neighborhood brewery featuring a great selection of well-balanced IPAs and classic Belgian-style ales. The atmosphere is relaxed and feels less geared toward tourists compared to other breweries. The quality of the beers is consistently good, but in a town known for its vibrant beer scene, I wouldn't rank Wedge at the top. In any other town, I believe they would easily earn 5 stars.

Outdoor brewery location the 'taproom ' is small, but the outdoor seating is huge. Lots of tables and a rotsting food truck out front. 3 locations, so make sure you go to the right one. Art stores above are awesome too. And the record art store nextdoor.

Chill atmosphere and good beer. Family friendly and great place to bring your fur baby. Loved the way they use metal bars as fences, seating areas, decor, etc. Great place to hangout. They had a food truck called ?El Kimchi.? Looked amazing and smelledso good. We didn?t give it a try since we had lunch before. Have to go back for a second try sometime.
