Wakuwaku Eatery (japanese Home-style Foods)

I can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm planning on it next week. I'm one of the rare Asheville cities that Asheville doesn't really think of a good meal. This is my new favorite place. I had beef and eggplants and it was delish. I highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised with wakuwaku. Your food is great. Her chicken catsu is moist and tender and not dry like other places. The Okonomiyaki is excellent. Nice, a taste of traditional Japanese cuisine instead of Americanized. Definitely back to try everything on their menu.

Stop for the Sneak preview and I loved it! Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful staff! The Japanese homestyle foods were different than anything I had at other Asian food sites in the area, and it tasted amazing. I can't wait to go back when it's officially open!

Amazing food. It reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking in Japan. Will be returning soon!
