Waffle House - Asheville

On the return journey to Baltimore we took back the scenic route and stayed in Asheville, NC for the night. The next morning we had breakfast in a restaurant chain that I didn't wait long. Weapons House seems to be the call to be afraid. When people call the place Awful House, it doesn't matter that other people want to eat there. Anyway, I thought I could give them another try. I had the Fiesta Omelet, filled with ham, cheese, onions, tomatoes and jalapeno paprika. Hashed Browns and a cookie were served on the side. The meal was actually above my expectations. The Omelet was tasty, the biscuit was moist, and the Haschbraune were salty and good. Weapons house was really not as bad as everyone says...

Anthony and Owen took care of me today and gave the authentic South experience what excellent customer service and the best Patty melt I ever had. These two renewed my belief in wafer house. My patty melt was perfect.

For a long time I will eat at Waffle House, but I never had such a nice experience with the staff, the cooks, they offered me foods that are not on the menu and I have everything delicious, very successful, I will return with great pleasure.

Waffles and lemonade were perfect. Service too. We loved the place, it’s clean and nice. Totally recommend.

This is one of the best Waffle Houses I've ever visited! I used to work at a Waffle House in Hendersonville years ago, so I know what to expect. Our waitress, Donna, was absolutely fantastic! The chefs were attentive to my order and made sure everything was cooked just right, which I really appreciated as I'm a picky eater. This was my first time at this location, but I will definitely try to return!
