Plant - Asheville

One of the best meals I had in asheville since I moved here! the ravioli were for to die and the cauliflower was the best cauliflower I ever had. the desserts were also delicious omg the blondes with the pea ice cream 10/10! the only criticism I had was that the crème brûlée was more the texture of panna cotta than a traditional creamy crème brûlée. still delicious, just not the texture I expected!

I wish I could stare them six! we had the ravioli, the crème brûlée, the mushrooms and the flower charcoal. all were delicious. my favorite was Cremini-Ravioli. will come back in any case!

Delicious is not a strong enough word to describe how the food at Plant tastes. This was an absolutely pleasurable experience. We had the cauliflower small plate, applewood smoked mushrooms, and the peanut butter cheesecake. We would highly recommend Plant to anyone.

Absolutely phenomenal, colourful, delicious and meticulously crafted menu.Jason is an expert in his field, and an absolute gent. He took the time to talk us through the menu and make recommendations based on our personal tastes.Annie Joe didn't disappoint with booze recommendations either.My mate and I didn't want to leave. Thank you all so much!P.s I would've included pictures of the deserts, but we couldn't wait to wolf them down. Irresistible!

Best vegan food I've ever had, including the Green Chile Collins I had to drink. Service was phenomenal. Literally nothing bad to say about this place. Just be sure to make a reservation.
