Papa Johns Pizza - Asheville

I always receive my order quickly at this restaurant with fast service.

It is currently 6:30pm on a Sunday football night, and I tried to place an order for 2 pizzas but was told that the restaurant does not take orders because they close around 7pm. It is frustrating when a business does not honor their advertised hours of operation. If they are unable to provide pizza to loyal customers, it reflects poorly on their management. This situation at 6:30pm is unacceptable.

And it has 2 hours without phone call we called them 2 times and they formed another story each time. also when we talked about the phone and he was very rude about the phone 0 customer service

Every time I order from this location something always happens. Either the food is wrong or it takes 2 hrs to get cold pizza that I paid $50 for.. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will never order from this location again. The papa johns app never works right either. Go to any location that is not run by Prefect Delivery and it will be better
