Montford Deli - Asheville

We stopped in for an early breakfast this morning and really enjoyed it! We've gotten lunch there a few times as well and it's delicious. The staff is always friendly and they seem to really care about our experience. Had a nice biscuit with a crispy hashbrown and the price was affordable! Nice place to have in town. And I love the dinosaur decor.

Montford deli has a huge variety of items on their menu and my boyfriend and I intend to try them all! Today we started with the Philly and the Reuben. Both were excellent! The bread was toasted perfectly and they even had gluten free! I had the potato salad which was classic and tasted like Grandma's! The seasoned fries were perfect.The dining area and bathrooms were impeccably clean...Great work MD!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread

Good Reuben, no doubt. Not great though which I would have expected for the price they charged. This is not a one place (misrepresented online) but a . Paid 37 for two sandwiches, one fry one tiny cobbler and one drink. Atmosphere was mediocre and the help was condescending. Gave the food 4, service 3, and atmosphere a 3.

I recently visited Montford Deli, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The service was excellent, and the sandwiches were truly fantastic. Everything about this place is top-notch, making it the best spot in Asheville for a delightful meal. Highly recommended!
