Mcdonald's - Asheville

I was feeling hungry, so I decided to stop by McDonald's. I ordered a hamburger Happy Meal, but when I received my order, I got a chicken snack instead. The food was actually quite tasty, no lie! I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Based on my nine years of experience working in a kitchen, I completely understand that equipment can fail. However, if they can't offer anything beyond water and coffee, perhaps they should consider investing in a backup solution to prepare tea the traditional way.

If there were a Michelin star equivalent specifically for McDonald's, this location would definitely earn one. It feels like a completely different restaurant. We always make the extra drive to visit this place because none of the other McDonald's in Asheville can compare. The food is consistently hot and fresh, making each meal taste entirely different and much better. The employees here clearly take pride in their work. Other McDonald's locations feel like a gamble—you might end up with a cold and flavorless meal, or something mediocre. But at this McDonald's, you can always count on a good dining experience.

Great place, only the problem is always a long line for the trip thru, but that is to be expected. personal is wonderful and very professional food: 5/5

There are two driver lanes here, I had stuck in one of them in which the other line passed six cars while we sat doing nothing, no ordering, no one talking to you over the intercom, flat out nothing. These employees represent the poorest training and the worst attitude towards customer service that I have ever encountered! When I asked why six cars had gone through the other lane while I sat waiting on someone to talk to me, I was told in a very nasty terms that the girl who worked on my Lane was busy making sweet tea tea for another driver. No apology, no care, no concern, just one employee doing their job and the other one not. And then of course I ask for a vanilla shake and I’m told that they can’t make shakes, I would pose this question to you; it’s McDonald’s why can’t we buy shakes here?As an Uber driver I often get requests to drive through this McDonald’s and usually late night. Every single time I’ve ever had to drive through, it has taken at least 20 to 25 minutes and that’s on a good day. The quality of the food at this McDonald’s is horrible. McDonald’s needs to shut this restaurant down! Waiting
