Chick-fil-a - Asheville

A few nights ago, I came by here and the girls there were making fun of me. It’s destroyed my self-confidence, and its a little hard for me to look in the mirror. I forgive them though, we all do mean things in high school.

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Every single time we have ordered from the smoky park highway Chick-fil-A, there is an issue. The staff is completely unprofessional. Not only how they execute their job but also in their dealings with customers. One of the reasons I like to eat at Chick-fil-A is I know that I get good customer service and consistency because Chick-fil-A is an establishment that maintains a high standards of quality. This doesn’t seem to be the case with the west Asheville location. I’m not exaggerating when I say how bad it is. We’ve had this location mess up over seven orders in a row! If I could give zero stars, I would.

The Grilled Chicken Salad was good. The Caramel Shake was delicious!! None of the tables were clean! 10-27-2023 8

They are trying to save money on everything.. And they charge the money as if it were full price. Hey guys, where is your conscience? cherries on

Gave it 3 stars for customer service. I stopped here a few times when in the area and every time I walk in the door all the employees have their back turned to the door and don’t even acknowledge that anyone has come in the restaurant. Was even in the restaurant one day while the owner/operator was giving a tour and he mentioned that customer service was his top priority but yet everyone that comes in is greeted by the back of everyone’s head.
