Posting this here so hopefully this gets fixed. I am a doordasher and was getting an order across the street when I got the notification that my other order at chic fil a was ready. My first thought was they are going to put it on the shelf and it 's going to get stolen lo and behold when I got over there it had not only been stolen but the staff here said oh probably when I told them it was probably stolen, which means they know people come on there to steal the doordash orders and still put it on the shelf. I am hoping this review will bring attention to the problem and they will keep the orders behind the counter as well as make sure that the doordashers picking up confirm the order like every other chic fil a does. This is unacceptable and is making me and other dashers lose money
