Wendy's - Asheboro

The food tastes like all other wendys. This store is just not organized and has not been for years. There has always been super slow service after you order your food. Every time you get your order, it is never fully correct it is missing one or two items you asked for. The management needs evaluation, and that would fix the majority of the problems. Hence, it's on going for years with new employees. Obviously, it's a lack of training.

Stood at counter wait while two guys fought over who served the beautiful lady in front of me place was empty trays were stacked on top of the garbage cans minimum of 6 deep

It’s Wednesday 4/3/2024 8:50am I’m trying to spend the day with my daughters they wanted Wendy’s for breakfast I walked in gentlemen standing at the counter I said, hey he completely ignored me walk to the back. I waited for eight minutes no customer service at all. No one ever came to the register even though I made my presence know by telling them, I was there and we were completely ignored standing there alone it took everything I had to walk back there and make a seen this Wendy’s is A disgrace, and should be shut down the employees there don’t deserve the jobs they have

Food was great the general manager was just straight rude he is not fit for customer service

It was almost as if they weren't open, me and another gentleman stood at the counter waiting to be helped, for way too long, people were busy with the drive thru and not one of the four or so people acknowledge we were even in the restaurant. Finally, someone came out of the bathroom, their hands dripping wet,nobody wants that. Poor management, poor customer service, poor hiegene. I can't think of a reason to eat here again.
