Hachi Hachi - Ashdown

I went online in the evening and ordered delivery. An hour and ten minutes later, my order was canceled. Now, I have no way of getting anything to eat for myself or my family, and I have to work in an hour. The order was confirmed. Pretty sure my money came off my card. I guess we'll see if gets out back on there. Could have just denied my order BEFORE I waited an hour for nothing. Seriously. Plus, it was 19 dollars and some change, for 14 bucks worth of food. Yeah, I'm pretty upset. I usually love the food butz this time it got a one, because I never got to eat it.

Ordered three plates the food was excellent would definitely eat here again! Shrimp was fantastic!

We loved the servings, we love the steak nicely seasoned and cooked the way we'd like to have it!

Terrible. The cooks don’t know what a well done steak is. Leaves blood in your whole plate. I was told they would replace the plates. Now they saying they’re boss told them just to give 16 pieces of steak. Complete BS. If u want great food and professional workers go to Osaka’s.

Love their chicken lo mein. It's seasoned just right. I wished they were open more. There's been so many times that I was craving their food but they'd be closed.
