Mcdonald's - Ashburn

Wow just ordered oatmeal to go and got home and had no apples for it then on my meal got no syrup or butter. Folks be nice to have real service again

Worst McDonald’s in the area if you order cookies they give you a microwaved lump welded together if you show up between the hours of 2 AM and 4 AM their 24 hours McDonald’s is closed or can’t take money or is just out of stuff. Whenever there is a problem, I try to speak to the staff and the nighttime manager doesn’t even understand enough English to have a conversation with you about the problem. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time. don’t take a chance on these guys when you can go right down the street to the other McDonald’s who never has any of these problems, is just not worth the hassle or attitude the workers give you.

Usually everyone here is nice jovial and on point . Drive thru 7:24 pm lady looked like shriek and gave me dirty looks . I was polite and happy and she refused eye contact . Refused to smile and gave off so much negative energy. In this day and time and age of economy and service if you have an attitude problem best work elsewhere or find a different job that doesn’t require basic hospitality . Not her first time as I remember the exact same feeling from previous . Hopefully someone sees this and checks her before it’s too late. What a waste of air

I would give zero. Evening visit Looks like this location has a trend now. When you order an ice cream they always suggest the machine is broken just 40 mints before closing. I don’t understand why you need to lie about its broken and cannot be honest reply back ‘we are about to close and will re serve in the morning’ Just go and check it out around 10pm Also order guy was rude as well. Of course that’s the kind of behavior you expect. Visited Junction plaza McDonald the guys working is very nice and serve the ice cream very well and made sure we ordered correctly. It’s all about the staff not McDonald.
