Ledo Pizza - Ashburn

Pizza was uncooked ordered online for Ledo's pizza Ashburn, VA. Drive 15 min home to find the pizza tasted odd and looked odd. Either attempted to be made a few days before and then uncooked or unknown just weird tasting. I called and spoke to the manager who seemed to careless. He then said ok sorry about that and hung up. Called back said I wasn't looking for a refund but now I'm requesting one since you don't care and aren't taking it seriously that I paid $25 for a cheese pizza that isn't cooked right. Said he'd process a refund, 3 days later no refund I called back he said just wait a few days the refund, 5 days later no refund called back still nothing. We won't go back to the Ashburn location!! Gross no customer service. Don't recommend the manager either.

My favorite pizza place! I tried their meat lovers pizza, and it was packed with flavor. The crust was thick and fluffy, and the toppings were generous. Can't wait to try more from their menu!

Great service, fast and fresh. Salads can be a bit better. Lasagna is delicious.

We ordered calzones on $6 calzone Tuesday. You get what you pay for, and the calzones are premade so you can’t make any modifications or substitutions to it.

We come here regularly to dine in, and we love it. We've gotten to know the owners and they're always very friendly and personable. The food is excellent--if you've grown up with Ledo's, it's always a real taste of childhood.
