General: A pretty good bistro with beautiful terrace, located in the middle of the city and in hot weather in the afternoon shaded and cool. Operation: Friendly and firm operation with typical blue bistro clothing. Food: Died: Bavarian Classic Whiteworst Italian classic Bruschetta (where the garlic was missing). Also cold drinks too hot and then espresso not hot enough. The ambience: terrace in the middle of the city is always something going on. Ambience outside of Bistro, not visited inside. Cleanliness: cleanliness at the table, in need of improvement (flakes on seat cushion tables partially dirty). toilets, however, impeccable.

Nice restaurant with good food and good place. The service is nice, but a little slow. A good place for a meal.

I visited 0-19 last night for dinner, and just as on previous visits, I found the food to be good and the staff friendly enough. There is a large selection of themed burgers, named after films, or film stars. I had the terminator with a fried egg and fries. It was delicious, and massive. I couldn't finish it because it is so big. Please try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

The service and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they all speak good English. Very guest friendly atmosphere. I have eaten here often when in town.

The English-language reviews of Bistro 0-19 all give it high marks for serving good, varied food and drink at reasonable prices. I agree. Plus, if you are staying at the Novum Post Hotel, you can charge your bill to your room, which simplifies things.
