Dean's Natural Food Market

I always stick to dean’s on the way to home from the ufer. large fresh organic products selection and food. many vegan options, hot eating and a dig in go section. also a large juicy. they must try the Lens Lobe wrap, its big!

Today I had the vegan cäsar darkened tofu salad, as this was my first time it was and it was amazing. I've been eating a Caesar salad for so long and it was amazing. I also get my smoothies here sometimes and rose (behind the smoothie bar) makes the best smoothies and dishes. the hot bar (if not in COVID times) always offers a tonne vegan food, including a very tasty mac n cheese.

That is my shopping area to go; cozy and sweet. they have replaced the buffet bar with dig and go pre-packed items during this covid time, and have vegan options like their hot breakfast sandwich, or they can be made vegan sandwase and I think their juice bar is excellent.

Deans is so much more than the typical natural food business. they have a large organic salad bar as well as daily suppening and a large selection of prefabricated veggie sandwiches, including smoked tofu, iceless egg salad, tempeh salad and fakin' speck. they will also like to make a sandwich to them. her juice is amazing, made with to order juices and smoothies all with her organic fruits and vegetables. they have a great selection of prepared raw foods such as raw spaghetti and meatballs and many fresh baked vegan cookies and cupcakes. there are some tables near the register so they can sit a moment and enjoy a snack. they also offer free courses to vegan, gluten-free and raw foods. I wish there was a load in every city I travel!

Recently, my boyfriend and I stopped in to Dean's very quickly for a juice and a meal to go. They had some good prepared Vegan options for us by the salad bar (pre-made sandwiches, salads.. And the fellow that prepared my juice was... well, quite enthusiastic about juicing, that's for sure. I didn't get to explore the store too much, but from what I saw, they have a pretty good selection and aren't too pricey. And if you're into the raw food movement, they've got you covered too. I'd like to go back and see what other veg goodies they've got.
