It’s evident that the owner is not actively involved in improving operations or prioritizing customer satisfaction. While the food meets expectations, it might actually be quicker to raise and prepare your own chickens at home rather than wait in the drive-thru. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're planning for dinner tomorrow. I've witnessed three cars leaving the line due to the slow service, and this isn't just a one-time issue—it happens every time I visit. It takes a lot for me to feel motivated to write a review, but this experience was truly disappointing.
I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong theater, but Flamman quickly resolved the issue with great attention, speed, and grace. He made sure I could catch the movie I originally wanted to see, which really made my night! It's clear he wants to showcase his excellent customer service. Overall, it’s a great place to visit. The best burger I've ever had at Almost Food was the triple Bourbon-Bacon. It was also nice to see the new staff; they were excellent. Food rating: 5/5.
Even after I had asked her twice to repeat my order, they still messed it up. they don't answer the phone and don't give them any entry into the bag. they have left the most expensive sandwich and I have now kicked out that $9
Third time you have forgotten something of mine im over it! Also asking for spicy nuggets and never getting them just regular but that's not what i paid for fix it
