Domino's Pizza - Arun

Ordered eating online for delivery was shocked to see an additional £1.95 delivery fee. eating did not come the right drink I stayed I had ordered a cache driver was rude with a total lack of interest saying I don't probably know that charging did not have what they want when he hit the alternative bottle on me no excuses and only very rude. I called the load, spoke to the manager, who said that drink was out of stock, so they sent a replacement ok fair enough, but a choice could have been helpful. the manager has at least apologised, but never, the less experience we had to visit family, so thought that this was a nice option was sad not. so a shame

The prices have risen by at least £2 per pizza, plus a £2 delivery fee, so for a family of 4 it is an additional £10 that is particularly disappointed if we have this contract throughout the month budget. with 1 pizza missing, driver had no. rang the filiale said they would send another pizza hour later no pizza yet. rang store again oh, what should I do, the manager asked me!? replied to pay back and when the pizza arrived, it was the wrong!

Fancied a pizza and as dominos are an established pizza company I went with then never again. especially it took 5 try ring to get a answer to the phone 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery, not even enough cheese on...pizza, it was stone cold and tasteless.

Waited for half an hour, not showed up. if they asked. the driver has not hung any notice of a refund as he has not been contacted back yet.

Pizza never got delivered after many a phone call useless. Very poor customer service even after 5 phone calls………………..
