Have ordered here before and always loved it until now. I ordered a B D cheese burger which is my usual with a side of skin on fries. Got here on time and driver was lovely. However as soon as I opened up the box I was confused, the branding that B D usually have has disappeared and the food all looked slightly odd. Burger patty was thick and hard, couldn’t eat it as it was basically inedible see photos) tried to eat chips but they are hard and definitely not skin on fries. So disappointing from them as they’ve always been super tasty burgers. £15 not worth spent :

Got a takeaway delivery. Burger over cooked and very dry, also placed for a specific time an hour in advance and still 20mins late. On the plus side very generous on chip portion. Unfortunately won't be using again.
