Chicken Lobster - Aruba

The food was decent. not amazing, but it worked. I thought it was a bit expensive for quality. several options, especially if they are a carnivore, but I prefer veggies so that was limited. I had the Cesar salad. nothing special, but it was okay and I wasn't getting sick. they assured me that the cook is very cautious and they have explicitly mentioned that the cook is cautious for cross-contamination, so I felt safe. they said the cook has a gluten sensitivity. there were also gluten-free brot served at the beginning of the meal! I had a bite on one of the chicken wings of my man (the fried or slowly cooked, their choice, and they were both gf and not in a common frit! and they were pretty good! I would recommend the wings when they go there.

Nima saved us today! had all the bun with sweet and a baked kartoffel! everything was good – but nima found gluten and we could find out that it was in the acid cream.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. although they have labeled several items on the menu as gluten-free, I ordered half the hunch and got it with a side of BBQ sauce. when a full of intentional, I asked the server if it was gluten-free and wait for at least five minutes until he comes back to the table, I was told that the cook “obe it a bit flour in the BBQ sauce”. this was after I told the server at least twice that I have Celiac disease and asked him to mark my ticket as such. don't waste your time here. I went back to our room hungry and feared that I would get sick on the first day of our holiday.

Highly recommend! Menu clearly marked with gluten free options. Chicken, steak and lobster were all delicious. Good weekday deals during during happy hour (5-7pm).
