After reading some reviews on Zomato and Google, I chose to visit a place called TLC (The Loving Chef). When we arrived, no one greeted us or showed us to a table. It took 15 minutes just to get water. Nobody took our order promptly, and when we did finally order, it took a long time to get our food. Even something as simple as roasted papad took 15 minutes. Asking for recommendations was pointless as they didn't seem interested in helping. The Paneer Bhuna Makhni was sour and unappetizing, the Dal Makhni was tasteless, and the Roti was as thin as a papad. After the meal, there were no finger bowls or wet tissues, which is disappointing for a fine dining restaurant. They made excuses about the chef being absent and did not accept card payments. In summary, it was a horrible experience with poor hospitality and a waste of money. There was also not enough space for larger groups. I would call it TLC (THE LAZIEST CHEF) or (THE LAZIEST CAFÉ).
Situated near Fortis Hospital in Sector 10 Vashi, this hotel is clean and offers excellent hospitality. The chef is accommodating and can suggest the perfect combination for your meal preferences. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a variety of dining options and is a great venue for small gatherings, family events, and birthday parties. The food was delicious, and overall, the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families - you won't be disappointed, just give it a try!
The restaurant opened around 9 months ago and has a vibrant atmosphere perfect for celebrations, with bright lighting and romantic Hindi songs playing in the background. The food is excellent, particularly the Tandoori Chicken, Afghani Chicken, and delicious Tandoori Roti and Garlic Butter Naan. The friendly owner, Mr. Raj Singh, oversees the restaurant's management personally.
One of the oldest dine-in restaurants at a residential neighbourhood in Vashi rechristened in a new avatar, TLC instantly captivates your attention with its quirky decor. Tasty food, good portion sizes and satisfactory service make it a totally VFM package. The dominant cuisine is Indian and Chinese Some eclectic dishes have been selected from both cuisines to tickle your taste buds. We enjoyed the sizzlers, Chicken ghee roast and garlic butter fish. The owner personally supervises your dining experience. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is soothing and special decorations are made during festivals. Overall a highly recommended place for dining with friends and family.
The staff was very slow in coordinating with the order, there was no one answering the phone on the reception. There was less menus to view for two people. Also no sizzlers were available along with many menu items. The constant ringing of phone was a conversation interrupter with no one handling it. I came with high hopes and leaving a little disappointed.
