Amazing customer service, all the way over the command chain. Had a less than perfect experience in opening hours on Monday morning. On the same day, Regional Director Ashley called me to apologize and try to make things right. She added $10 to my Starbucks card for my problems. I was instructed to talk to the manager JC and he was really cool. He informed that the employee was expelled and it would never happen again, and that I would have what I want. (Although I told him that I was received from his regional manager on my Starbucks card credit, he said, keep this for the next time that you actually need it, no fear to let them know about any mistakes, problems or problem staff, you can not even taste the spear!
