Honest - Artesia

1. The masala dosa arrived cold and was as thin as a papad. The sambar was bitter, and the potato filling had no flavor whatsoever. 2. The dahi papdi chaat lacked any yogurt. 3. The bhaji in the pav was tasteless and seemed prepared a day earlier. 4. The utappam was the worst I've ever had; it felt like just a heap of potato curry dumped onto some non-utappam batter. 5. The sev puri was essentially sev scattered over dal balls. Overall, it was inedible food—not worth the wait at all.

When I addressed my concerns about the food quality, the staff insisted on charging us, claiming that if we didn’t pay for the rest of the order, the person who took our order would have to cover the cost. I think the owner needs to reconsider this approach. They kept sending different staff members to demand payment. My husband, being kind, was willing to pay and leave the food behind, but I wouldn’t allow him to do that. I also concur with previous reviews about the excessive number of cameras. If the owner is concerned about these issues, they should be present to address them and improve service. Additionally, the restroom was dirty and the floor was disgusting. I will never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this place due to serious hygiene concerns.

I will be very honest in giving this review ????..In the times where we have to wait for hours to get food served on our table this restaurant beats the norm with quick service even on the busiest days.We went in big group of hungry folks and ended upordering a variety of dishes..All the dishes tasted good but the one that stood out for me was the ?Bahubali Sandwich?.If youhave ever eaten those street side grilled cheese sandwiches in Mumbai or want to give it a try this would be the place to go..Mypersonal recommendation would be their sandwiches..There is another item bhakri pizza which I have heard a lot but kept it on myto eat list for next time.So to sum up..good food and quick delivery.Definitely a place to try.

Chaat had good flavors, I felt the crisps were a little too crispy. BhaturA was not super oily and crispy so that tasted good. The pineapple raita is literally just pineapple and yogurt I enjoyed but nothing too special. Service was fast. The bathroomcould use some cleaning up. Oddly this restaurant also has more security cameras than any restaurant I have ever been to notsure what they?re protecting against?
