Adobe Rose - Artesia

This place is great. I am a difficult customer, so my wife (food allergies). The staff and the cook were very attentive to our individual questions. The food was great. By far the best food I eat in Artesia.

The evening was perfect! We were able to sit outside and listen to great music with incredible food. The best meat leaf I've ever eaten with amazing cheddar potatoes and perfectly grilled zucchini, the engraving made it all come together. We could even play some games from Corn Loch! Thanks for remembering one night!

As a restaurant operator myself, I rarely find something so exquisite that I take the time to submit a review. This place is so special. We were on the move while we were hired to supply CO in TX and stayed the night in Artesia. This was a place I had explored online for our dinner, but waited to see what the hotel staff recommended. You recommended Adobe Rose and we went. Beautiful dinner, the Ancho Rubbed Steak was amazing and the salad greens were so fresh. We have sunk inside and the ambience and service were on site. And child-friendly, our 6 years old enjoyed the food as much as we. Well done Adobe Rose!

First time visiting this restaurant. Beautiful restaurant. The waitress was a doll. The food was great. I had the surf and turf. It was great. We live 40 minutes away but we will be back. It’s worth the drive.

Probably the best food food in New Mexico, friendly staff, great patio with Live music... Try it!!!
