The dining area has a very casual vibe, with a few outdoor tables. However, during busy times, there aren't enough staff to keep the place clean. Trash cans were overflowing, and there was a pile of food and dirt swept into one spot with a broom just left leaning against the wall near the bathrooms. Speaking of which, the bathroom setup is odd, with no sink inside the stall area, so be careful when opening the doors to avoid touching the knobs! I sincerely hope there's soap available in the kitchen because I didn't want to walk out feeling disgusted after paying for my food. Despite the tasty meals that could take a while to arrive, we likely won’t return due to concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. If they improve their sanitation practices, this could easily become my top recommendation for no-frills burger and fry options on AG’s main street. Parking is limited to on-street options, and while the menu has kid-friendly choices, I didn’t notice any highchairs available.

There’s plenty of parking available, and it's convenient with a free parking lot.

The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score of 5. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and expertly prepared. The fries were crispy and golden, the salad was fresh and vibrant, the burger was juicy and satisfying, and the onion rings were the perfect crunchy complement. The service was also commendable, although I would rate it a solid 4/5. Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The atmosphere really set the tone for our meal, receiving a 5/5. The decor was inviting, creating a warm and pleasant environment that made for a lovely lunch setting. The location is good, it has a plenty of parking space around it (shared with other locations downtown) and parking is free. The food looked good, I had a milkshake which was wonderful. My complaint was that the seat was very sticky, and the tabletop felt as though it had only ever been run over with a damp cloth. Unfortunately that was pretty off-putting. The ordering system, whilst it was not very busy there, was confusing, and pick up and pay seemed to be almost on top of one another, and did not lend itself to a good flow.
