Auberge De La Core - Arrien-en-Bethmale

Nous avons eu un délicieux repas grâce à Richard, le propriétaire, et à Laura, la jeune stagiaire. Le service était rapide, les prix abordables et il y avait même un parking disponible dans ce magnifique endroit en montagne. Merci beaucoup !

We enjoyed eating that we had; it was well cooked and presented, the moelleux au chocolat was especially good. but several things prevented it to be a great experience. the main dishes were hearty meat in the sauce, not a sweet, deep-cooled chips cooked in the duck...Fett with everything. I tasted to the time beautiful, but I felt queasy for the rest of the day so much animal fat swallowed. we would have liked to sit outside and so would also be other customers, but there were limited seats in the open, although there was enough space (not due to social distancing, the few outside tables were grouped near, more tables and chairs were kept in the inside). many fly inside. slower service than just one serving, which also wash. best advice give him a miss, take a picnic on the spectacular lac de bethmale only on the road.

My favorite restaurant all over the world. we have been here regularly for years and have always been fantastic! richard is a fabulous cook and host. the personal is beautiful and the location in the bethmale valley is wonderful. simple menu, boiled too. perfectly entrecôte, duck breast, frites, foie gras all really delicious. often adds specials after the season really love the oeuf cocotte and l’os a moelle. highly recommended!
