Very sincerely, I was really disappointed with this magnificent place where I spent pleasant moments celebrating birthdays with family and friends. More cake when we kindly asked the lady at reception, she was very rude. No service when we finally found the waitress, she informed us that even the karaoke was no longer available, it's a real shame Service: 1
