Arrozal - Arona

The setting was lovely, sat and watched the sunset as we ate. 3 of us shared a Paella, plenty of food- reasonable too for what you get

The food isn’t bad for the price you pay, staff on the other hand not great. Not sure if they’re understaffed or they’re just not bothered about quality of service. Asked for the bill twice and waiting around 20 minutes for the bill. Our food came before our drinks. Drinks were then taken to the wrong table and took another 10 minutes for the staff to realise and bring them to our table.

Pork flank was so overcooked and dry it was inedible, served with undercooked frozen chips. Chicken teriyaki was dry and no flavour. Sea bass was nice but served with watery mash. Lamb served with frozen chips no vegetables. Very disappointed and when mentioned to staff they shrugged. Avoid!
