Ciao Boji! - Arnolds Park

Easy access and free parking. While reservations are not accepted we had no wait midweek; would expect a bit of a wait during weekend/Peak hours. We arrived before 6 PM on a Tuesday night and we're greeted by a pleasant staff who seated us immediately. Our servers informed us of the specials for the evening and promptly took our drink order. Restaurant offers only InBev beers but makes up for it with a nice variety of Italian wines that are reasonably priced. The menu is a little limited but offers a nice selection for everyone; Be advised that the more traditional Italian fare of lasagna etc. are not available and the menu on their website is out of date. We were pleased with our selections that were generously portioned and very reasonably priced. Our server was very respectful of our requested pace and we were not rushed which allowed for a very pleasant and relaxing dinner experience. This restaurant is a very nice respite from the multiple bar menus that can be found all over town without much variation. Highly recommend that you give this restaurant a chance when you're looking for a pleasant evening out in the Okoboji area.

The Parmesan crusted shrimp appetizer was amazing, OMG!!!! The squid ink fettuccine with a wonderful and creamy sauce was to die for! And the dessert was so good!!

Ciao Boji is a wonderful restaurant to enjoy lunch and possibly dinner. We visited for lunch and were impressed with the variety of drinks and food options. We started with a delightful sparkling rose and enjoyed the soup of the day, a delicious tomato bisque. The chicken parmesan sandwich we shared was filling and tasty. Abbie provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs. We look forward to returning soon to try the dinner menu.

This restaurant is great for dining in, but I had a negative experience with the hostess answering the phone. The website mentions takeout and delivery services, but when I called to inquire, the person who answered seemed annoyed and responded, "we're not doing takeout or delivery, we're too busy," before abruptly hanging up. I likely won't return, but the restaurant is popular so my absence probably won't be noticed.

Great food, great service. Food very flavorful. Price reasonable. Menu small but what they serve makes up for that. Highly recommend
