Dunkin' Donuts - Arnold

This dunkin is really hit or miss. my order is either absolutely perfect and tastes amazing, or it is missing items and tastes terrible. I also use over isn't much and have completely stopped ordering from them because 100% of the time my order is wrong. the drive line is always extremely long. I once made a pickup order and went to pick it up for 45 minutes later and nothing was ready. they took 25 more to make a big coffee and get 6 donuts.

This was the first time that my daughter and I was fooling, my daughter had seen the refreshment drinks and really wanted to try one but I knew that they would most likely not like the taste, so that the girl who worked theke told her if she did not make it something else, she did not end up loving it and the girl made her a new drink, she was very good!

Unprofessional. has not packed my order. I ordered hath browns that gave me 5 little soggy/burn inediblebs. what a waste of mine.

Ends up here when the 2 other donut shops close, where closed on Monday. at 9:30 a.m. on Monday they were made of many donut flavors. I've chosen a random 12 and brought them home for my family of 4. we just ate 3 donuts. they're just not good. I would have been as happy to buy hostess donuts. visit a dunkin donut not again.
