As I started to place our family's order, the unfriendly waitress interrupted me repeatedly, asking questions that I was about to answer. When I paused to ask my mom which chicken dish she wanted, my sister politely requested, "Can we get nine straws when you get a chance?" The waitress's response was abrupt: "YES! LATER!!" At that point, I was already feeling irritated. I then inquired about the number of pieces of chicken that come with the lemon chicken dish. Her reply was, "I don't know! We don’t count every piece of chicken!" I tried to explain that in our hometown, the Chinese restaurant serves large pieces of chicken breast for their lemon chicken, typically five pieces. She simply stated that their servings consist of small cut pieces. By this time, the whole situation had become frustrating for us. We just wanted to get our food so we could eat and leave. While our experience with her was disappointing, there was another waitress who was very kind and helpful. However, the food itself was just mediocre. Given our frequent visits to the area during both winter and summer, we will not be returning.
Fantastic discovery! We live just behind the shopping center and absolutely love the food here. My favorites are the pot stickers and hot and sour soup, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It's a wonderful family restaurant!
The food was delicious, and it has the charm of a family-owned restaurant. The menu offers a variety of decent options at reasonable prices. We sampled several dishes, and most of them were great. We'll definitely be back!
The food and service were excellent, and you won't leave there hungry—something must be off if you do! Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: $100+
