Tazza Cafe Armonk

The coffee was excellent, but the food was just okay and the service was poor.

Customer service is non-existent here. I went in 8 minutes before closing hoping to grab a hot chocolate for a rainy night, but the two girls working gave me a rude look as if I was unwelcome. Before I even had a chance to order, I was told they only had regular coffee due to the late hour. It seemed like too much trouble for them to make a cup of hot chocolate before closing. If you don't want to serve customers so close to closing time, maybe consider changing your hours or locking the door. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I have lived in Armonk for over 10 years and have been a regular at Tazza for years. Unfortunately, the current newer staff is the worst I have encountered. They consistently close early, locking the door even when I arrive 15 minutes before closing time. They rush to prepare drinks, even when they are not busy and I am the only customer. Their attitude towards customers who come in during the last hour is disrespectful, making us feel like we are an inconvenience. It is disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer simply for wanting a hot drink at 5:45 when closing time is 6. Clean-up and shutting down should occur after closing, not 15 minutes before. At this point, going to Tazza feels like a waste of money.

Such a cute and welcoming coffee shop in a gorgeous spot in town. I absolutely love their strawberry lemonade.

Such a cute and welcoming spot! Coffee and food are great! The staff was very friendly, as well. Think I just found my new cafe spot!
