The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was busy even at 4:30pm. The food was served hot and tasted delicious.

The staff is friendly at this restaurant, which is called Red Rooster. The hot and spicy dishes are delicious, and the chips were also very good.

Always quick with the classic quarter-pounder. I wish they wouldn't automatically give cutlery, as I never use it. My dog and I usually share one burger together.

I had a terrific customer experience recently. I was travelling back to Coffs with my 3 children who love red rooster. They said this particular Red Rooster doesn 't have a drive thru. I found that hard to believe but sure enough it turned out to have gone full retro. Anyways, my daughter and I went in and ordered 6 gravy and chicken rolls and the staff member asked me to confirm a couple of times because it seemed like a lot of food for 2 people. (my 2 sons were in the car outside). I pretended to be fat shamed and said , 'by the way the 6 rolls aren 't for me I 've got kids in the car '. She smiled I smiled and my daughter laughed. Then I said 'Just so you know I could eat 6 rolls if I wanted to '. Seriously, it was nice to have a friendly customer service interaction and be able to have a laugh instead of a drive thru interaction. 5 star experience from me. Food was great tasting but that goes without saying.
