Casa Verde Campestre - Armenia

When my husband and I decided that our next goal will be very exotic... then we made it... we decided Colombia (Armenia) coffee region of Colombia. When we went towards Parque Sucre, before the Parque Sucre we came across what we were looking for a very nice restaurant for us; we looked at the outside menu and decided to go. I ordered a Cazuela de Mariscos (a beautiful fish and seafood in a coconut sauce with white wine) freshly made in the oven (you may have to wait 20 minutes, but wait is worth waiting if you like this kind of food). My husband had the chicken in a wonderful mushroom sauce; They also had a selection of french fries or other kind of dish like a rice (Colombians love rice). It is also good to know that in Colombia is very common for the Menu de el dia (a full meal for very good value), make sure that you go somewhere nice for them; more or less each restaurant cooks it the day.
