Level, Cafes - Armavir

We are city guests, we ordered to roll here and we really liked it. they were looking for familiar rolling (various classics,) and found only here because everywhere something extravagant and the menu was small. the level menu is great, the quality was pleasant, the price pleased!

Rude staff. When ordering, during the call, I warned that I lived in their house and that I would take the rolls myself, they said okay, come 10 minutes. I came for the order and how they began to be rude that they say, we do not work for take-out and all the cases. They say to wait for the taxi driver and he will deliver to the entrance. BUT THEY ARE WITH US ON THE FIRST FLOOR !! WHAT IS RUNNING ?? They say order like ordinary people with delivery, wait an hour and a courier for money will deliver me to the entrance! Why didn't they say they couldn't accept the order in this case? I would order from others. And they haven't put in soy sauce yet, as if on purpose. R-disappointment . , , 10 . , . . !! ?? , ! ? . , .

Rude staff. When I placed my order over the phone, I mentioned that I live in their building and that I would pick up the rolls myself. They said it was fine and to come in about 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, they started being rude, saying that they don’t do takeout and that I needed to wait for a delivery driver to bring it to my door. BUT THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF MY BUILDING!! What kind of nonsense is that? They told me to order like everyone else with delivery, wait an hour, and pay for a courier to bring it to my doorstep! Why didn’t they say they couldn’t accept my order in that case? I would have ordered from somewhere else. Plus, they didn’t include soy sauce, almost as if on purpose. Total disappointment.

One of the best rolls I've ever tried. I've ordered from here several times already. The quality is always impressive.
