Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went and the cashier put in my drink order wrong, and after I told the barista she claimed I order my drink wrong?! After I ordered the most basic thing Mango dragon fruit. She acted very rude and was not understanding she re made my drink but gave me attitude.
The workers were incredibly rude to me and didn’t get my order right. They gave me a grande instead of a venti. When I politely told them that it was wrong, they tried to gaslight me and say that I told them I wanted a grande. Then the worker walked away. So yeah, really good job Starbucks.
Ashley, a recently employed employee i believe, is literally the worst employee ever. Terrible service. I feel bad for the employees that need to work with her because the rest are the nicest people ever. Ashley never has a smile on her face and does not say hello or thank you, pretty much has 0 manners.
Espresso/coffee machine not working. A coffee shop should never let this be a reason. Have a backup. We left empty handed and went to nearby Duncan.
Love this location. The employees are so nice and the manager is great too.
