I don't understand why some people gave this place only one star. It's always bustling with customers, and the staff works incredibly hard to provide good service, even when faced with rude behavior. Please be kind and try to understand their situation. It’s clear that they are short-staffed, so a little patience goes a long way! Mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, but they always make sure to correct my order properly. They don’t have to stay open with only two employees on hand, which is often the case, but they choose to do so for their customers. I can't imagine how challenging it must be for the young man who works tirelessly from open to close, seven days a week—nearly 100 hours a week—while dealing with difficult customers daily. Let’s show some respect for those who show up and provide meals for our families! I genuinely want to express my gratitude for the excellent service and wonderful experience I've had at this location!
