My family really enjoys Alt Thai. Today our take out order was a little messed up so I called and they profusely apologized; they had a new trainee. They promptly refunded the appetized platter that was missing some items and they added a $5.00 gift certificate. This was more than necessary and I really appreciate their generous response! We will definitely be back, both dining in and take out. Vegetarian options: The waitstaff will usually ask if you would like a dish made regular or vegetarian, which I assume means they used plant-based fish sauce or oyster sauce. It's nice to know the dish is genuinely vegetarian. The food is really good, and the price is very reasonable)! And I loved the atmosphere and service. The interior is very calm and gorgeous. I love this Thai place. By far my favorite anywhere.

They wanted to charge me for the extra tinny dry slice of lime that I asked for. They gave me one, and when I asked for second, He came at me with the attitude there is going to be ab up charge. Have some humanity.! I always order here and they are stingy but wont any more.
